1. Freight Liability and Cargo
How do we protect your valuable assets during transit? All shipments managed by Transformations Supply Chain LLC are subject to standard cargo liability limits as defined by the Bill of Lading. We're committed to the safe delivery of your goods, but it's important to recognize that liability is capped based on freight classification and weight.
Shippers are encouraged to declare full value for high-risk items. Should any discrepancies arise, our claims process must be initiated within 9 months of delivery. Don't wait until the last minute.
2. Payment Schedules and Terms
Invoices are issued upon delivery confirmation. Our standard terms are Net 30, unless a separate credit agreement has been established between our team and your accounting department. Reliability in payment allows us to maintain the high standard of trucking resources we provide. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We value punctuality as much as you do.
3. Site Usage
By accessing the Transformations Supply Chain LLC portal, you're agreeing to use our logistics data responsibly. Re-distribution of rate quotes or carrier information is strictly prohibited.
